The multisensory Easy-for-Me™ Reading Program is specifically designed to address the needs of the myriads of children who are visual-spatial learners, including those identified with autism, dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, and many other “disabilities.” Interestingly enough, most beginners fall into the category of visual-spatial learner, as this is the time in life when the right hemisphere of the brain is rapidly developing. When children are learning to read, the last thing we want to have happen is for them to come out hating the exercise. The Easy-for-Me™ Reading Program instead provides children with all the tools needed to read 22 books that include carefully selected concepts, as well as over 100 high frequency words and many sound spelling patterns. The NEW Frog Box is the perfect gift for any visual-spatial child learning to read! All letter sounds and sight words are taught through visuals and movement. The Frog Box includes SnapLetters™ Teaching Cards to teach letter shape and sound, 83 SnapWords™ Cards to teach sight words, and 22 Easy-for-Me™ Books for reading practice. Before reading each book, teach the skills outlined on the inside cover of each book. When the child successfully reads a book, they can color the pictures in the book with the included colored pencils. Then have the child place a frog sticker in the circle by the book read on the large, colorful tracking poster.
Penguin Box (EFM-PB)
The NEW Penguin Box picks up where the Frog Box left off! It is a great gift for any visual-spatial child learning to read! All sight words are taught using visuals and motions - 59 in all.
